Internal and External Port Mapping
If your router does not support UPnP, then you need to configure internal and external ports
manually.
NOTE!
The principle of port mapping is that the internal and external ports of the NVR are consistent with
that of the router.
Some routers may require the same internal and external ports for the NVR and the router.
1.
Click
Menu
>
System
>
Network
>
Port Mapping
.
2.
Select Manual from the drop-down menu in the UPnP mapping, and then set external ports
manually.
3.
Click
Apply
to save the settings.
NOTE!
You may verify by entering the following information in the address bar of your web browser::
router's WAN port IP address:external HTTP port. For example, if 10.2.2.10 is the IP address and 82
is the HTTP port, then you enter
http://10.2.2.10:82
. If port mapping is effective, the login page of
the NVR will be displayed.
