EMERGENCY MANUAL OPERATION FOR LOWERING (POWER FAILURE)
When lowering by manual operation, observe the condition of the platform at all times, because
there are vehicles on it.
If there is anything abnormal, close the oil loop valve immediately.
Manual operation process:
If the deck is not locked, please apply the following procedure!
Disconnect the power button (to avoid sudden power
supply). Then fi nd the solenoid valve A for lowering.
Loosen the pin of the manual oil loop at the end of the
lowering solenoid valve core, and then the platforms start to
lower.
After the machine has been lowered, screw the manual oil
loop stud back in time, and then the manual lowering process
ends.
MAINTENANCE
Maintenance and servicing of the crane must be performed by a qualifi ed person.
• The upper and lower sliding blocks must be kept free of foreign objects and kept clean and
lubricated.
• All bearings and hinges on this machine should be lubricated once a month.
• Alignment parts should be lubricated once a year (for the alignment model).
• The hydraulic oil should be changed once a year. The oil level should always be kept at the upper
limit position.
• Check the wire rope every three months and if something is wrong, stop using it and notify the
manufacturer.
• Integration of the pneumatic system with an air handling unit is suggested.
When changing the hydraulic oil, put the machines in the lowest position, empty the oil tank and
clean the oil when adding new oil.
• If the machine is equipped with a rolling jack, check the responsibility of the switch.
