Add hydraulic oil according to instructions.
After installing the elevator as shown in Figure 4, connecting the hydraulic/electrical system and
any pneumatic system, proceed as follows:
• Open the hydraulic oil tank and add 18 liters of H46 hydraulic oil to the tank; hydraulic oil is not
supplied by the manufacturer.
• Make sure that the hydraulic oil is free of impurities to avoid malfunction of the solenoid valve.
• Turn off the photocell switch by setting it to «OFF».
• Turn on the «MAIN SWITCH» to turn on the power, by clicking the «UP» button, check if the
motor is running clockwise (looking down), if not, turn off the «MAIN SWITCH», then change the
phase of the motor.
When the power supply is turned on, the existing high voltage in the control unit is
activated. Only authorized personnel may perform this operation.
ADJUSTMENT
Adjustment of the main machine
• Press the «UP» button SB1, to raise the platforms to about 1000 mm.
• Press the «DOWN» button SB2, and check the safety instructions. The air cylinder (photo 16)
and the air solenoid valve (photo 17) are working and the platforms rise a little and then start to
descend. Until they descend to a height of about 300 mm to reach the lower limit switch (photo
19), then the platforms stop. The operator must release the «DOWN» button SB2 and then press
the «LOCK SEC. DOWN», then the crane can continue to descend to the lowest position.
