No-load test of the main machine
Switch on the «MAIN SWITCH». QS.
Press the «UP» button SB1, the platforms go up.
Press the «DOWN» button SB2, the platforms go up a little and then go down.
Check that the platforms are placid, the lock is secure and there is no oil leakage.
Main Machine Load Test:
Drive a vehicle that does not exceed the maximum lifting weight of the platform, then the driver
leaves the vehicle.
Turn on the «MAIN SWITCH». QS.
Press the «UP» button SB1, the platforms will go up and the operator should pay attention to the
timing and placidity of the lifting.
Check and make sure that the elevator has no particular noise.
Press the «DOWN» button SB2, the platforms go up a little and then down.
Press the «DOWN» button, for the safety lock.
Check and make sure the elevator is placid, the lock is secure and there is no oil leakage.
When testing the elevator, no person or other object should be standing or placed near either
side and under the machine. If an abnormality is detected, press the «SB0» button to stop it
quickly. After removing the obstacles, repeat the test.
Operations may only be performed by qualified and trained personnel. Check the
procedures as follows.
• During lifting or lowering, no operator is allowed to remain in the side area of the machine, under
the machine, or on both platforms.
• Avoid lifting vehicles that exceed the maximum allowable weight.
• When placing the vehicle on the platforms, make sure the body is placed on the rubber pads
provided.
• When lifting a vehicle, the vehicle’s handbrake must be pulled and anti-slip chocks must be used.
• When locking the main machine, both platforms must be kept at the same height.
• Pay attention to the timing of the elevator. If any abnormalities are found, quickly stop all
operations, check and resolve the problem.
• When the equipment is not used for a long period of time or overnight, the elevator should be
lowered until it is completely closed, remove the vehicle and turn off the power supply.
