Adjustment of the jack
If the crane is equipped with a manual jack,
Press the handle on the hand pump to raise the platform to approximately 300 mm.
Release the handle to raise the safety pin on the jack and lower the jack.
If the deck is equipped with a pneumatic jack,
Press the pneumatic switch on the pneumatic jack; raise the platform to approximately 300 mm.
Press the other side of the air switch to raise the safety pin on the jack to lower the jack.
Press the other side of the air pump, check the insurance instructions.
Installing the Anchor Bolts
Secure the deck to the concrete base with 16 anchor bolts using a 120 mm impact drill.
Initially, no expansion bolts are installed.
Adjusting the level
Adjust the level of the two front turntables (optional part) and the sliding trays on both sides at
the back.
Safety level adjustment :
If the lack of parallelism of the basement causes the platform to be out of parallelism, the height
of the safety rod can be adjusted.
Raise the platform to about 100 mm; then press the «DOWN» button to let the safety rod enter
the hole.
Adjusting the steel cable
Raise the platform to approximately 1000 mm.
Observe the horizontality and adjust the nut at the end of the wire rope.
Fasten the bolts of the wire rope after the level is adjusted.
