SECONDARY PARKING BRAKE (OPTION)
The machine is equipped with an electrically actuated mechanical parking brake on the front drive wheel that is
automatically engaged when the key is turned off or the drive wheel stops rotating. A secondary, mechanically
actuated parking brake is available as an option as shown in figure 25. To set the secondary parking brake,
press down the brake and then press the lock on the upper portion of the pedal. To unlock the parking brake,
push on the upper portion of the pedal lock to release it. The foot brake is not a method for slowing machine
travel or for stopping under normal conditions. This is accomplished by releasing the foot throttle.
