Product Number
When prompted enter a Product number to search for specific results. If
the Product number field is left blank then the character ‘*’ will be
inserted, indicating to search for all of the Products. See Fig. 8
Site Name
Use the encoder to highlight a Site name and press Green to select the
desired option. Select ‘*’ if you wish your search to include all of the
sites. Select ‘Other’ to search for a Site not in the list (this can happen if
a Site Name has been modified during testing). If you select ‘other’ you
are prompted to enter a site name. See Fig. 9
Location Name
Use the encoder to highlight a Location name and press Green to select
the desired option. Select ‘*’ if you wish your search to include all of the
names. Select ‘Other’ to search for a Location not in the list (this can
happen if a Location name has been modified during testing)’. If you
select ‘other’ you are prompted to enter a location name. See Fig. 10
User Name
Use the encoder to highlight a User name and press Green to select the
desired option. Select ‘All’ if you wish your search to include all of the
names. Select ‘Other’ to search for a User not in the list (this can
happen if a User name has been modified during testing). If you select
‘other’ you are prompted to enter a user name. See Fig.11
Test Status
When Test Status is highlighted use the Green button to select the
option required, each time you press Green a different option will be
displayed. This can be PASS, FAIL or ‘*’ which indicates both.
Storage Status
When Storage Status is highlighted use the Green button to select the
option required, each time you press Green a different option will be
displayed. This can be NORMAL, DELETED or ‘*’ which indicates both.
