Step 3 If the T1000 is operating, remove it from service.
Step 4 Turn off the circuit breaker for the DC power source connected to the power supply to be
replaced. Disconnect the power cord from the DC power source.
Step 5 Grasp the power-supply handle. Use the release latch to free the power supply from the bay.
See Figure B-1.
Step 6 Pull the power supply part of the way out of the bay, then release the latch and support the
power supply as you pull it the rest of the way out of the bay.
Step 7 Slide the replacement power supply into the bay until the retention latch clicks into place.
Step 8 Connect the power cord for the new power supply to the power-cord connector on the power
supply. See Figure B-3.
