How to Configure Call Home
Configuring Contact Information
Each router must include a contact e-mail address. You can optionally include a phone number, street
address, contract ID, customer ID, and site ID.
To assign the contact information, complete the following steps:

Assigns the customer’s e-mail address. Enter up to 200
characters in e-mail address format with no spaces.

(Optional) Assigns the customer’s phone number.
Note
The number must begin with a plus (
+)
prefix, and
may contain only dashes (-) and numbers. Enter up
to 16 characters. If you include spaces, you must
enclose your entry within double quotation marks (“
”).

(Optional) Assigns the customer’s street address where
RMA equipment can be shipped. Enter up to 200 characters.
If you include spaces, you must enclose your entry within
double quotation marks (“ ”).
