The system does not
support auto-registration
when security is
implemented.

Obtain the MAC address from
the IP video phone.
Becomes necessary if you plan to
add phones to the Cisco
Unified CallManager database by
using auto-registration only or in
conjunction with the Tool for
Auto-Registered Phones Support
(TAPS).
You can determine a phone MAC
address in these ways:
•
From the phone, choose
Settings > Model
Information
and look at the
MAC Address field.

Display the phone’s web page
and click the
Device
Information
hyperlink.
•
