Enter the new device load in the Load Information field.
You can typically locate this information in the Read Me file that is distributed
with the software update. The Read Me file for the Cisco Unified IP Video Phone
7985G begins with cmterm-7985G-sccp.
Step 5
Click Update .

From Cisco Unified CallManager Administration, choose System >
CallManager Group .
Step 7
From the Cisco Unified CallManager Group list, choose the group that you want
to update.

Click Reset Devices .
