9.7 Sequence Status Output
This is to indicate the status of sequence control. The status information can be output by embedding it in the effective
image area.

If the loop count is set to infinite count, up to 1023 count
can be indicated.
The output location of status information can be chosen from four locations as below, and the information shall be
embedded in five pixels.
For each pixel, index number, index repeating number, and loop count information are output as follow.
In case of 10bit video output, 2bit of LSB side shall always be "00".
