Go to following address:

It is required to enter PIN number the first time that SIM card is inserted into
CCL1 device.
Enter SIM PIN and click on
Confirm
button.

After entering pin number, it shows following message:
Wait a few seconds until modem is connected on the network.

When the 3G connection is successful, following message will appear on the
web page of modem status.
PIN number will not be required anymore after entering for the first time
and the device will start 3G communications automatically.
