Manage Christie IMB Settings
Restore Factory Default Settings
When restoring factory settings, all content drive settings, automation definitions, scheduled events,
audio settings, and speaker mappings return to their factory default settings. Restoring the factory
default settings does not affect ingested content, keys, or play lists. After restoring the Christie IMB
to its default settings, you must reconfigure the settings of your NAS or DAS device.
1. Tap Menu > Christie IMB > System.
2. Tap General > Settings.
3. Tap Load Factory Defaults.
4. Tap Yes.
5. Tap OK.
View Status Information
1. Tap Menu > Christie IMB > System.
2. Tap Status.
3. Tap an item in the Category list.
Add a License
A license is required to activate Christie IMB features. To download a license, see
1. Tap Menu > Christie IMB > System.
2. Tap Licenses.
3. Tap Add.
4. Browse to the location of the license file.
5. Select a license file and then tap Open.
Upload the Christie IMB Software Upgrade
Package
You upgrade the Christie IMB and the projector software separately. The Christie IMB upgrade file
includes the .pkg extension. To upgrade the Christie IMB software, you upload the new software to
the Christie IMB and then run the upgrade. Software upgrades are available on the Christie website.
1. Insert a USB flash drive with the upgrade package into the USB port on the side of the touch
panel controller (TPC).
