Warranty Terms
•
Unit warranty start from the day of delivery to the end user if not specified otherwise.
•
This warranty does not include shipping or transportation costs required for repairing the
device.
•
CHEELCARE reserves the right to charge the owner for any costs incurred from
defective parts due to damage to the Companion not covered by this warranty.
•
When calling your service provider or CHEELCARE with service or warranty issues,
please provide the serial number (
S/N
) and date of purchase of your Companion.
Warranty Exclusions (excluding factory defects):

Tires
➢
Brake pads and cables
➢
Handgrips
➢
Any other normal wear-and-tear item

of your unit is on the back
of the Power Unit (PU), just below the
kickstand.
