5. Align part #1 and part #4 together. Slide them one into another until part #3 is parallel to

the ground. Once this position is achieved, locate two matching pairs of holes in part #4
and part #1. Fasten using the screws and locknuts from the bag attached to part #4.
Tighten the screws with an Allen key while holding the locknuts in place with the open-
end wrench.
