Inputs to the annunciator come from each fuel transmitter, low
engine oil pressure switch, the vacuum pressure switches and the
low voltage sensor. Highly reliable individual LED bulbs illuminate
each message. Illumination intensity can be controlled by placing
the toggle switch to either the DIM or BRT position.
When the Battery Switch is turned ON, some annunciators will
flash for approximately 10 seconds before illuminating steadily.
When the annunciator panel switch is toggled up and held in the
TST position, all remaining annunciators will flash until the switch
is released.
An additional annunciator panel is located on the right hand
instrument panel. Illumination intensity can be controlled by
placing the toggle switch to either the DIM or BRT position.
Inputs to the annunciator panel come from the alternate air door
open switch, gearbox oil pressure low switch, oil system chip
relay, fuel filter bypass switch and generator control unit.
AUTO FEATHER -- The amber indicator advises that the
overspeed governor and the auto feather solenoid are operating.
Also, before starting the engine, it advises that the pressure
sensor is providing power for the auto feather system.
OIL CHIPS -- The amber indicator light advises that ferrous metal
particles have been detected in either the turbine engine or
propeller gearbox oil systems.
ALT AIR DOOR OPEN -- The amber indicator light advises that
the lower cowl alternate air door is in the open position.
GB OIL PRESS LOW -- The red indicator light advises that the
propeller gearbox oil pressure is below 35 PSI.
FUEL FILTER -- The amber indicator light advises that the fuel
filter valve is in the bypass position.
GEN OFF BUS -- The amber indicator light advises that the
generator is off line.
SPARE -- This position is not used and available for optional
equipment.
FUEL CONFIG -- The amber indicator light advises that the fuel
selector is in either the left, right or off position.
