15.5 Hose rupture valve

15.5.1 Replacing the hose rupture valve

The hose rupture valve is built into the cylinder/hydraulic hose bracket.

Note:

When fitting these components, it is very important that no dirt etc. enters
the hydraulic system.

Detach the hydraulic hose from the cylinder and plug the connection.

Unscrew the hydraulic hose bracket/hose rupture valve from the
cylinder.

The new hose rupture valve should be torque tightened to 40 +5 Nm.
