In Hotel Version, PBX has to be connected to a PC whereby following features get activated
:
Check-In
Check-Out
Call Cost Calculation
Balance Amount of Extension (If an Extension doesn’t have balance then its dialing will not be opened on Check-In)
When PC is connected to PBX, all the stored calls in PBX get transferred to PC and then get deleted from the PBX
memory. The PBX has memory to store call records of up to 3,000 calls.
To connect PC to the PBX, an optional PC Interface card is to be installed in the PBX.

Junction Access Code / Change
.
Junction lines can be accessed in rotation by dialing 9.
To access a particular Junction line, dial #101, #102 to #116 (101 represents the first junction Line and 116 the 16th).
The Junction access code 9 can be changed to 0.
To change the Junction access code from 9 to 0:
First remove the Operator Access Code 0 (Refer heading “
Operator Extension setting”).
Then program as below
:
Dial #
0000 + 0000 X #
Where, X= Junction Access Code (0 to 9). If it is 0 then Junction access code will be 0 and the Operator code = 9.
If it is 9 then Junction access code will be 9 and the Operator code = 0.
If it is 2 then Junction access code will be 2 and the Operator code = 0 as well as 9.
This is true for X = 1 to 8.
