Put back the stapling head desired and tighten
the locking screw while paying attention to
level the stapling head with the working table.
Tighten the both screws which holding the
wedge driver with the 2.5mm Allen key.
7.E. LUBRICATION OF THE CROSSBAR
7.F. EXTRACTING A WEDGE CAUGHT IN THE DISTRIBUTOR
It is recommended to lubricate the crossbar to ensure good performance of this mechanism. To
do so, use 15W40 motor oil.
Perform the following procedure :
During the jointing process, it is possible for a wedge to enter in the distributor and be jammed.
In this case, the top of the wedge is visible at the distributor exit.
To clean this jamming, follow this procedure :
Then, press lightly several times on the
crossbar when is switched off to enter the oil
in the system of the crossbar.
Remove the stapling head and eventually the
jammed wedge.
Install back the stapling head in the machine.
Apply some oil as shown in image.
Using the 2.5mm Allen key, unscrew the
locking screw of the stapling head.
Never
dismantle
these both
screws.
