Parameter 26 : BC SCALE
-This parameter is used to correct the scaling on each position received by the barcode RS232.
-Its interpretation depends of the parameter 22 : SERIAL BC.
-The MACH 1 UNI has a resolution of 0,076mm by step-motor, that to say 7 to 8 steps for 1mm.
-The positions stock in step-motor.
486 mode :
-In 486 mode (Parameter 22 = 0), the received serial frame is from 486 step-motor (262 steps =
35mm, that to say 1 step ≈0.13mm). The scale must be 175 (might adjust to x1.414).
3099 mode :
-In 3099 mode (Parameter 22 = 1), the received serial frame is in millimeter and the recalculated
positions too according to the width of the moulding. The scale can stay to 100% (migt adjust to
x1.414).
-The MACH 1 UNI step-motor will get back by the Paramater 36 (check the After-Sales Service).
-The sixth position is unrecognized.
4008 mode :
-In 4008 mode (Parameter 22 = 2), the received serial frame is in millimeter and the recalculated
positions too. The zero point begins to the rebate clamp, the scale can stay to 100% (already in
diagonal x1.414).
-The number of MACH 1 UNI step-motor will get back by the Parameter 36 (check the After-Sales
Service).
-The sixth position and superior positions are unrecognized.
