In certain instances, after initially programming a conventional strip sequence as shown
above, it may be advantageous to “switch” the steps that the Model 75 performs. This
is desirable, for example, when the amount of exposed dielectric is very small and it is
determined that a better strip can be achieved by exposing the dielectric on the first step
and exposing the center conductor on the second step.

: Data Line Move Highlight Cursor
Rather than manually reprogramming all of the fields of the two or more lines of data
involved, the data line move feature of the Model 75 can be employed. This feature
allows the operator to highlight an entire line of data and move that line of data up or
down to the desired step.
The other lines of data will “switch places” accordingly.
To use this feature, while in edit mode move the blue data highlight cursor over the first
field (
STRIP
) of the line of data to be moved, and press the
key. The entire line of
data will be highlighted. See Figure 4-7 above.
Pressing the
or
key while the line of data is highlighted will move the entire
line of data up or down one line at a time. If it is desired to move the data more than
one line, repeatedly pressing the
or the
key will continue to move the data
