Intervento del magnetotermico della linea
Causa
Il magnetotermico è sotto dimensionato
Verifiche e soluzioni
Verificare che il magnetotermico sia stato dimensionato
almeno una volta e mezzo la corrente nominale
dell’umidificatore (vedere dimensionamento fusibili a pag. 7)
L’umidificatore bagna in condotta
Causa
1
Il distributore non è installato correttamente
2 Il sistema è sovradimensionato
3 L’umidificazione è attiva quando il ventilatore della
condotta è spento
Verifiche e soluzioni
1
Verificare che l’installazione del distributore
vapore sia stata eseguita come indicato alla pag. 15
2 Diminuire la produzione di vapore dal controllo
dell’umidificatore
3 Collegare un consenso dalla ventilazione ai morsetti
20-21 dell’ON-OFF remoto (es. contatto dal
pressostato differenziale)
L’umidificatore bagna il pavimento sottostante
Causa
1
Lo scarico dell’umidificatore si è otturato
2 Il circuito idraulico di carico presenta delle perdite
3 Il tubo di troppo pieno/scarico condensa non
scarica nella vaschetta di fondo
4 Il tubo di mandata vapore non è ben fissato al cilindro
Verifiche e soluzioni
1
Pulire lo scarico posto sulla vaschetta di fondo
2 Verificare tutto il circuito idraulico al fine di trovare la
perdita
3 Verificare il corretto posizionamento del tubo di troppo
pieno e del tubo di scarico condensa nella vaschetta
di fondo.
4 Verificare il fissaggio della fascetta stringitubo sulla
mandata vapore
The external electromagnetic switch trips.
Cause
The magneto-thermal is under dimensioned
Checkings and solutions
Check the electromagnetic switch has been calculated at
least one and a half times the nominal current of the
humidifier (see fuse dimensioning on page 7)
The humidifier drops in the duct
Cause
1
The distributor is not correctly installed
2 The system is over dimensioned
3 The humidification is active when the fan of the duct
is OFF
Checkings and solutions
1
Check that the installation of the steam distributor has
been correctly carried out as shown on page 15
2 Reduce the production of steam on the controller of
the humidifier
3 Connect a flow switch from the fans to the terminals
20-21 of the remote ON-OFF (e.g. contact from the
differential pressure switch
The humidifier wets the underlying floor
Cause
1
The drain of the humidifier is obstructed
2 The fill hydraulic circuit has leakages
3 The overflow condensation drainage pipe do not
drain into the bottom tank
4 The steam pipe is not properly fixed to the cylinder
Checkings and solutions
1
Clean the drain located on the bottom tank
2 Check the entire hydraulic circuit in order to find the
leakage
3 Check the correct positioning of the pipe of the over
flow and condensation drain on the fill tank.
4 Check that the spring clip is connected to the steam pipe
