Nod the head slowly, then alternating turn
the head to look to the right to left.
Then mobilize the shoulders by making a cir-
cular motion with them.
Turn the hips while the arms are stretched.
The feet are not firmly fixed to the ground;
the ankles follow the body’s rotation.
Bend at the hip with one arm stretched up-
ward. Stay in this position for a few seconds
on each side.
