Configure the writing settings and click [Export].
Destination to save files
Click [Browse...] and select the destination if you want a different
destination. By default, files are saved in the following location.
Windows XP
C:\Documents and Settings\(User account name)\My Video
Files are saved in the [My Documents] folder if [My Video] does not exist.
Windows Vista
C:\Users\(User account name)\Videos
Files are saved in the [Documents] folder if [Videos] does not exist.
Windows 7
C:\Users\(User account name)\My Video
Files are saved in the [My Documents] folder if [My Video] does not exist.
Export types
Select the file format of the new file.
[For computer]
Creates an MPEG-2 file.
[iTunes (for iPod)]
Creates a file to transfer to an iPod through iTunes. To use this file on
iPod, you need to register with iTunes.
[For video sharing Web site]
Creates a file to upload to a video sharing Web site. Select the picture
quality (files in [AVCHD] tab only) and the method to divide the file.
Export format
File information corresponding to [Export types] is displayed.

resolution and bit rate are as follows:
[High quality]
1280 x 720 / 3Mbps
[Standard quality]
640 x 360 / 2Mbps
[Low quality]
