Trouble?
- The effective communication range between the camcorder and
acce ss point may vary depending on the s trength of the wirele ss
s ignal. Try u s ing the camcorder clo s er to the acce ss point.
- To avoid interference, u s e the camcorder at s ome di s tance from
device s that emit electromagnetic wave s (cordle ss phone s , micro-
wave oven s , etc.).
- Wi-Fi networ ks with a s tealth function that do not broadca s t their
networ k name ( SS ID) will not be detected by the camcorder during
the Wi-Fi networ k s etup. Perform the s etup manually (
A
202) or
turn off the s tealth function of the acce ss point.
Wirele ss playbac k on a computer or s imilar device i s not s mooth.
- Playbac k may not be s mooth depending on the acce ss point’ s s et-
ting s and capabilitie s . Try u s ing the camcorder clo s er to the acce ss
point and remove any ob s tructing object s or ob s tacle s between
them.
- Connect the computer to the acce ss point u s ing a LAN cable.
- Turn off the wirele ss function s of nearby wirele ss device s other than
the computer or s imilar device being u s ed for playbac k .
- S witch the wirele ss acce ss point to IEEE 802.11n. Refer to it s
in s truction manual for detail s .
- If the s e do not s olve the i ss ue, the cau s e may be due the device or
condition s unique to the s urrounding area. U s e the s upplied High
S peed HDMI cable to connect the camcorder to a TV (
A
147).
The wirele ss connection wa s interrupted while tran s ferring file s .
- Incomplete file s may remain at the tran s fer de s tination. If incom-
plete file s remain at the tran s fer de s tination, chec k the content and
ma k e s ure they are s afe to delete before deleting them.
- S elect [New File s ] and perform the file tran s fer again.
