Trouble?
The computer doe s not recognize the camcorder even though the
camcorder i s connected correctly.
- Di s connect the U S B cable and turn off the camcorder. After a s hort
while, turn it on again and re s tore the connection.
- Connect the camcorder to a different U S B port on the computer.
Cannot s ave recording s on my computer
- When the memory contain s too many recording s (Window s –
2,500 or more photo s /MP4 movie s , Mac O S – 1,000 or more pho-
to s /MP4 movie s ), you may not be able to tran s fer recording s to a
computer. Try u s ing a card reader to tran s fer recording s from the
memory card.

After touching the camcorder’ s NFC touchpoint to the touchpoint of
an NFC-compatible device, the device i s not correctly recognized.
- Align the center of the touchpoint s on the camcorder and the other
device. If there i s no reaction, try s lightly moving the device s while
they are touching.
