III. DRIVE MECHANISMS
A. Main Motor
1 . Removing the main motor
1) Remove the front cover and the left cover.
(See I-A-3 ‘removing the Front Cover’ and
I-A-4 ‘Removing the Left Cover.’)
2) Remove the pickup guide assembly. (See
IV-B-2 ‘Removing the Manual Feed
Pickup Roller.’)
3) Remove the screws [1], and open the left
rail [2].

4) Remove the power supply switch rod [3].

5) Disconnect the connector [4] and remove
the three 3 screws [5]; then, detach the
main motor [6].
