Mail Box Screen
Incoming fax documents that cannot be printed are stored in a system box called the Memory RX
Box. See “Communication Settings,” on p. 4-24. For operations related to documents in boxes, see
“Using Mail Boxes,” in the
User’s Guide .
Memory RX Box
Press to display the
Memory RX Box.
Box Number Keys
Press to print, transfer,
delete, etc. documents in a
box.
Size
Displays the amount of box
memory being used by doc-
uments currently stored in
that box.
Remaining Memory
Shows the amount of available
memory remaining in the box.
