How to Send a Fax

This section describes the basic flow of operations in sending a fax job.

NOTE

• If requested to enter a department ID and password, enter the department ID and password. (See “Enter-

ing the Department ID and Password,” in the User's Guide.)

• If the Copy Job Monitor screen appears, press the [Done] key.
