Select a recipient.
●
If the recipient is listed in the address book,
see “Specifying Recipients from the Address
Book,” in the User's Guide.
●
If the recipient is not listed in the address
book, you can enter it before sending the fax.
(See “Sending to a Recipient Not Listed in the
Address Book ” on p. 2-7.)
●
If the recipient is stored in a One-touch But-
ton, press the [One-touch Buttons 1] key or
the [One-touch Buttons 2] key, then select the
desired one-touch button. (See “Using One-
touch Buttons,” in the User's Guide.)
A maximum of 24 one-touch buttons can be set
up. (See “Adding/Changing a One-touch
Button,” in the Reference Guide.)
NOTE
• The maximum number of recipients you can
enter as new addresses at one time is 16. You
can send to a maximum of 240 destinations at
one time. However, if you send to a group or a
person, each registered address will be counted
as one destination.
