Sample Reports
Fax TX Report
This report is printed automatically when a document cannot be sent normally to the intended recip-
ient. You can select whether to print the Fax Send Result Report automatically when a transmission
error occurs, or not print the report at all. (See “Fax Send Result Report Settings,” on p. 4-4.)

• The factory setting for printing of the Fax TX Report is For Error Only. You can also select to show part of
the outgoing document on the Fax TX Report. (See “Fax Send Result Report Settings,” on p. 4-4.)

1 Job Number Shows the job number as a 4-digit decimal number.
2 Department ID Shows the department ID, if department ID control has been set up.
3 Destination Tel #. Shows the sender's telephone number (up to 20 digits) that is printed automatically.
4 Subaddress Shows the subaddress.
5 Destination ID Shows the recipient’s abbreviated name.
6 Start Time Shows the starting date and time for sending, in 24-hour format.
7 Time Use Shows the elapsed communication time from start to finish (in minutes and seconds).
8 Pages Sent Shows the number of pages in the document.
9 Result Shows “NG” to indicate an error.
Also shows the page number where the error occurred, plus an error code.
