From the Fax Number drop-down list box,
select the forwarding condition or enter the
conditions from the keyboard. Enter subad-
dress or password conditions in the same
way.
●
If [disregarded] is selected
Disregards the fax number, subaddress, and
password as forwarding conditions.
●
If [does not exist] is selected
Fax number, subaddress, and password do
not exist.
●
If [equals] is selected
Forwards when fax number, subaddress, and
password match the values entered.
●
If [begins with] is selected (only when fax
number is entered)
Forwards when fax number begins with the
values entered.
●
If [ends with] is selected (only when fax
number is entered)
Forwards when fax number ends with the
values entered.
●
If [contains] is selected (only when fax
number is entered)
Forwards when fax number includes the
values entered.
[ ] and [ ]: Press to move the cursor position.
[Space]: Press to leave a space.
[+]: Used to place a country code
before a telephone number.
Example: +1 xxx xxx xxx
Not used in subaddress or
password values.
[Backspace]: Press to correct errors, by moving
the cursor back to delete one
space at a time.
