Problem Cause/Things to Check Solution
The print media
cannot be fed
properly. Is there any load on the
tube transport? Place the printer and the
print media on the same
table (or at the same
vertical position) so that
no load is applied to the
transport.
When using a tube reel,
lighten the load.
Are the transport rollers
dirty? Clean the transport rollers.
We recommend cleaning
the rollers about once a
month.

The tube may not be
fed properly due to
deformation of the part
that was pinched by the
transfer roller. Cut off the deformed part
and reload the print media.
After printing, remove
the print media from the
printer to prevent warping
or deformation of the print
media.
Is there glue on the media
delivery port of the label
tape? Check to see if glue is
sticking to the media
delivery port of the label
tape.

If glue is adhered to the
media delivery port of the
label tape, the label tape
may become stuck.

If you use a tube warmer
(optional), you can print at
external temperatures as
low as 5˚C (41˚F).
