Using the Color Advisor

The Color Advisor dialog box provides the following controls you can use
to color your document:
Document viewing area
Displays the document to which you want to apply color.
Objective buttons
Allow you to define the attributes associated with your document. These
include Audience, Style, Occasion, and Setting.
Document type menu button
Allows you to specify the type of document you are producing, which
determines how Paint Box colors are automatically applied.
Command buttons
Allow you to control the Color Advisor and print your document; these
buttons include
UNDO, REDO, PRINT, CANCEL, TEST,
and
HELP
.
Paint Box
Allows you to select from a set of colors defined by the objectives you
specify. You can also add or change colors in the Paint Box by accessing the
Color Palette pop-up window or the Color Picker dialog box (see page 82
for details).
