3.3. Elevation Pulley Belt Removal & Installation
Removing the EL Pulley Belt
1.
Loosen the bottom (4) screws from the EL Pulley Clamps closest to the EL motor. All (4)
screws must be loose to adjust the tension.
2.
Adjust tension using the tension screw, and ensure that the EL Pulley Clamps are at the
maximum distance from each other. This will release tension from the EL Belt.
3.
Remove the top (4) screws from the EL Pulley Clamp and remove the top plates.
4.
Loosen the remaining (4) screws from the EL Pulley Clamp farthest from the elevation motor.
5.
Remove the belt to be replaced.
