7. Installation
The system is functioning with over than 700V high voltage. The product must be installed or
serviced by qualified, trained personnel. Using lifter/stacker to move the batteries.
WARNING
•
Wear electrically insulated gloves, helmets and safety shoes before installing.
•
Do not wear watches, rings, jewelry or any other metal articles.
•
Make sure the system power is off state before installing.
CAUTION
•
The system installing requires at least 3 persons to complete the process.
•
The modules weight is 66kg, and modules can only be lifted to cabinets by
lifter/stacker. Lifting the battery modules manually will cause muscles strains, personal
injury. Be sure to wear protective equipment such as safety shoes, safety helmets,
protective gloves, etc.
•
Do not stack the cabinet packages with more than 2 layers. The wooden cases will
be damaged by the heavy weights.
Unpacking and Placement of Cabinets
7.1.1
Unpacking
CAUTION
When taking out the contents, make sure to protect the cabinet from falling to the ground
and against other damages.
•
Selecting a proper location and moving the good to
the installation points.
•
There should be 2 persons to remove the wooden
cases. (See Figure3)

Taking out the parts and keep them properly
•
Taking out the cabinet from the wooden cases (See
Figure4)
