11.6.4 Installing and removing hydraulic hose lines
When installing and removing hydraulic hose lines, it is imperative
that you observe the following instructions:
Before starting to work on the hydraulic system, make sure the
hydraulic system has been depressurized.
Use only original hydraulic hose lines supplied by the
manufacturer.
Pay the greatest possible attention to cleanliness prior to and
during work. No dirt must enter the hydraulic system.
Install hydraulic hose lines in such a way that, in all operating
conditions:
there is no tensile stress except that caused by the hoses'
own weight,
there is no stress from compression on shorter hose lines,
there is no mechanical impact on hydraulic hose lines.
hydraulic hose lines cannot rub against components or
against one another by arranging and fastening them
properly. Protect hydraulic hose lines with protective
sleeves if necessary. Cover sharp-edged components.
the bending radii are not below the permissible parameters.
Select the size of the hydraulic hose line used on moving parts in
such a way that:
the bending radius is not below the smallest permissible
bending radius in the entire area of movement,
the tensile load on the hydraulic hose line is not outside the
permissible parameters.
Fasten the hydraulic hose lines at the designated attachment
points. Avoid any additional hose brackets which impair the
natural movement and length adjustment of the hydraulic hose
lines.
It is prohibited to refinish
hydraulic hose lines.
11.6.5 Basic control block
The basic control block is composed of two segments:
The lower portion is used to control the feed rate,
the rear portion is used to drive the knives.
