5.2
Hydraulic system
Standard equipment: Operating via control panel
All hydraulic functions of the accessory equipment are controlled using
the control panel (control panel with Bowden cables or electronic
control panel). Operation requires that all individual hydraulic
components of the accessory equipment be connected to the control
block of the accessory equipment.
The hydraulic system of the accessory equipment is ready for
operation when:
the hydraulic system of the accessory equipment is linked to the
hydraulic system of the tractor and
the oil circuit between tractor and accessory equipment is
switched on via the control unit on the tractor.
For information on the required control units, refer to page 2.
Special equipment: Direct operation via tractor control units
All hydraulic functions of the accessory equipment are operated
directly using the control units of the tractor. To supply them with oil,
the individual hydraulic components of the accessory equipment are
linked directly to the control units of the tractor's hydraulic system. For
information on the required control units, refer to page 45.
WARNING
Risks of personal injury from burns, malfunctions and hydraulic
oil exiting under high pressure may arise if the capacity of the
tractor's hydraulic pump is higher than permitted.
The maximum capacity of the tractor's hydraulic pump must be limited
to 45 l/min.
5.3
Hydraulic hose lines
WARNING
Risks to a person's health from infections may arise if hydraulic
oil escapes under high pressure and enters the body!
Before coupling and uncoupling the hydraulic hose lines, make sure
that the hydraulic system on the tractor and the accessory equipment
has been depressurized. Always set the actuators on the tractor's
control unit to the float (zero) position.
Seek immediate medical attention if injury from hydraulic oil has
occurred! Risk of infection!
Supply with hydraulic oil requires that the accessory equipment be
linked to the hydraulic system of the tractor using its hydraulic hose
lines.
