Hydraulic system
WARNING
Risks to a person's health from infections may arise if hydraulic oil escapes under
high pressure and enters the body.
Allow only a specialty workshop to perform work on the hydraulic system.
The hydraulic system needs to depressurized before work on the hydraulic system
may be performed.
Make sure to use suitable tools when trying to find leaks.
Never attempt to seal leaking hydraulic hose lines using your hand or fingers.
Fluids (hydraulic oil) escaping under high pressure may penetrate the skin and enter the
body, resulting in severe injury.
Seek immediate medical attention if injury from hydraulic oil has occurred. Risk of infection.
Before connecting hydraulic hose lines to the tractor's hydraulic system, make sure
that the hydraulic system on the tractor and the machine has been depressurized.
Make sure to connect the hydraulic hose lines properly.
Check all hydraulic hose lines and couplings for damage and contamination.
Have an expert verify the proper technical condition of the hydraulic hose lines at least
once a year.
Replace hydraulic hose lines that show signs of damage and aging. Use only original
hydraulic hose lines supplied by the manufacturer.
Do not use hydraulic hose lines for more than six years, including any storage time
which must not exceed a period of two years.
Even if stored properly and only subjected to the permissible stress, hoses and
hose connections are subject to natural aging, limiting their storage time and period
of use. The actual period of use may deviate from these specifications based on
experience and, in particular, taking potential hazards into consideration. Other
guidelines may apply to hoses and hose lines made of thermoplastics.
Dispose of waste oil according to regulations. If experiencing problems with disposal,
contact your oil supplier.
Store hydraulic oil safely away from children.
Make sure that no hydraulic oil can seep into the soil or water.
