Uncoupling from the quick-change device of a front, farmyard or wheel loader
1.
Dismiss all persons from the danger area in front
of the machine.
2.
Swivel the receiving hopper to the filling position.
3.
Set the machine down on a horizontal and solid
subsurface.
4.
Check the machine for obvious defects when
uncoupling it. Observe the chapter
"Responsibilities of the operator" in this regard.
5.
Uncouple the machine from the front, farmyard or
wheel loader:
5.1 Apply the parking brake of your front,
farmyard or wheel loader.
5.2 Turn off the engine and pull the key out of the
ignition. See also the information given in
chapter "Securing the tractor and the
machine against inadvertent start-up and
rolling away".
5.3 Move all control levers of the working
hydraulics several times in both directions.
The hydraulic system is depressurized.
5.4 Uncouple the hydraulic hose lines as
described in chapter "Uncoupling the
hydraulic hose lines".
5.5 Uncouple the control panel from the
machine.
5.6 Put the connecting cable of the control panel
down on the front, farmyard or wheel loader.

5.7 Disconnect the control panel power supply.
5.8 Unlock the quick-change device in place as
described in the operating manual of your
front, farmyard or wheel loader.
5.9 Start the engine.
5.10 Release the parking brake.
5.11 Lower the quick-change device until the
machine disengages.
5.12 Make sure the area behind the vehicle is
before backing away.
5.13 Back your front, farmyard or wheel loader
away from the machine.
The machine has been disconnected from
the front, farmyard or wheel loader.
