13.4 Mounting the tyre
13.4.1 Automatic mounting of the tyre
At the end of demounting carry out tyre automatic
mounting according to the procedure described in
paragraph
“11.2.6. Tyre mounting in “AUTO” mode
(from PC).
13.4.2 Manual mounting of the tyre
1. Lubricate the tyre’s beads.
2. Position the lower tool (
Fig. 43 ref. 1
) on the rim
edge just next to the indicator reported in the tool.

3. Hook the bead on the tool (
Fig. 44 ref. 1
) then
rotate in clockwise direction until bead’s complete
assembly. Remove the lower tool from the working
area until the bead is completely released.

4. Position the upper tool (

) just next to
the rim edge.

5. Then, position the upper bead on the tool assembly
area (
Fig. 46 ref. 1
).

6. Assemble the extension with entrainer near rim's
edge (see
Fig. 47
).
