To tell if the ink cartridge is empty, the “Low on ink”, “Cartridge Error”, and “Power” LEDs

will be on (

Figure 3-3

). The “Online” LED should be off. At this point, Compose will not

print any further until the cartridge is replaced.

3.3 Ink

Cartridge

The ink cartridge contains 350 mL of ink, enough ink to refill one ink pen over eight

times. These cartridges can only be used once and must be purchased through Buskro

LTD. Ink cartridges purchased elsewhere will not work with this system.

Note:

The system will only function with Buskro ink cartridges. Ink cartridges purchased

elsewhere will not enable the system to commence the ink pumping operation.
