Note:

The COM port that the USB-to-Serial cable is using can be changed if required. To do this,

enter the properties of the Prolific USB-to-Serial Comm Port, select the Port Settings tab, and
click on the Advanced button. You can then select the COM port number from there.

2.4.3 Serial Cable Setup (to Comtrol RocketPort Card)

In the event there are no available RS232 serial or USB ports, a separate Serial

Communication Card (

p/n BK-COMM

) will have to be used.

Note:

In general for Compose IQ advanced applications, this board may already be

installed (

OCR, selective, slave).

This option is not available for BK760 systems.

Follow the step-by-step instructions included with the Serial
Communication Card (

p/n BK-COMM

) to install this onto the

motherboard and setup the software configuration. Note the COM port
number used to attach to the IDM.
