Slide the return header into place (carton of
installation components)

Pull flat seal (Fig. 19,
) over the return header
).

Insert the return header from the front into the upper
boiler hub.

Close the pipe with a blanking flange (Fig. 19,
).

Sealing the sensor well
Sensor well ¾"

Seal the sensor well ¾" (Length: 110 mm) (Fig. 20,
) from above into the ¾" threaded hole of the
flow connection (Fig. 20,

).
NOTE!
The profile (Fig. 19,
Item 3
) on the end
plate of the feed pipe must engage into the
recess of the upper boiler hub (Fig. 19,
Item 5
). This secures the feed pipe so, that
the feed pipe exit port is positioned at
a right angle to the boiler. This ensures
optimum water distribution in the area of
the upper boiler hub.
