Burner installation

Burner installation
z
Close the burner door and secure with 4 screws
(M16 x 140) (Fig. 26,
). Tighten the screws
alternately in a cross pattern.
z
Cut using oxy-acetylene or drill the burner plate
(Fig. 28,
) on site according to the required
burner pipe diameter (max. diameter 270 mm). Drill
the burner mounting holes according to the hole
pattern of the burner connection flange.
z
Secure the burner plate on the burner door with
screws provided (seal with sealing cords of 10 mm
diameter).
z
Screw the burner to the burner plate.
z
Cut out insulating rings according to the burner pipe
diameter (Fig. 28,
Item 2
).
z
Fill the remaining gap between the thermal insulation
on the burner door and the burner blast tube (Fig. 28,
Item 4
) with suitably adapted insulating rings
).
z
Connect the breather tube on the sight glass with the
burner to keep the glass free from condensation.
z
Fit burner according to the manufactures instructions.
NOTE!
As option you can obtain pre-drilled burner
plates from
Buderus
(accessory).
