Installation and maintenance instructions Logano GE315 • Issue 02/2006

Installation

Set both ratchet spanners onto the clamping nuts of
the compression unit and press the boiler sections
evenly together by tightening the nuts equally.

Loosen and remove boiler compression tool.

Check nipple for correct seating.

Align the boiler section to ease assembly.

Assemble all other boiler sections as described.
The front section is assembled last.

ATTENTION!

Do not continue to tighten the assembly by
force once the hubs are in contact. Further
tightening could damage the boiler
sections.

ATTENTION!

Loosening the boiler compression tool size
2.3 can lead to a slackening of the pull rod
screw connections (Fig. 16,

Therefore check and, if necessary, re-
tighten the boiler compression tool before
its next use (Fig. 16,
