Advanced Programming of KTF/100HPS Devices
With the
ADVANCED
programming environment, each KTF/100HPS can be programmed
with specific control parameters which depend on the type of yarn under processing, and
on the type of application.
•
MAIN TENSION
Control
Tension
•
ERROR TENSION
Tolerance beyond which an Error is generated
•
TIME ALARM
Time for which the tension may stay out of tolerance
•
INC-DEC TENSION
∆
Tension for INC/DEC graduation
•
EXIT TENSION
Device Tension with machine stationary
•
RELAX TENSION
Yarn relaxation tension
•
RELAX SPEED
Yarn feeding speed during RELAX TENSION
In addition, you can program particular functions and/or service parameters that affect the
device operating mode:
•
MODE
Operating modes of INC/DEC commands
(or special mode
“Mode 04”)
•
OFFSET
Possibility to read/set the
OFFSET
value as well as to enable
the device Auto Offset function.
•
ACCESS CODE
Possibility to set a protection password to prevent undesired
access to the device programmable functions.
•
KTF CODE
Possibility to visualise and/or directly set the device
identification code.
•
LANGUAGE
Possibility to choose the language used to show the message
on the device display.
Setting of these parameters is already done by BTSR during manufacturing
(default
values)
, however it can be easily changed by the textile machine operator, to meet specific
requirements, using the
advanced programming
features.
KTF/100HPS devices offer 4 advanced programming levels:
P1, P2, P3
and
P4
, clearly
indicated in the messages area of LCD during the programming sequences.
Within the
P1 level
the following parameters can be programmed:
!
MAIN TENSION
!
ERROR TENSION
!
TIME ALARM
!
INC
-
DEC TENSION
Within the
P2 level
the following parameters can be programmed:
!
EXIT TENSION
!
RELAX TENSION
!
RELAX SPEED
Within the
P3 level
the following parameters can be programmed:
!
OFFSET
!
MODE
!
ACCESS CODE
!
KTF IDENTIFICATION CODE
(display only function)
Within the
P4 level
the following parameter can be programmed:
