7.2    PROGRAMMING REMOTE ACTIVATION AND RECOGNITION

OF FAX/MODEM

These services can be activated on each telephone line. To use the service perform both the programming
and the activation. The programming and activation commands must be sent to the exchange after
performing the programming access procedure (sect. 3.3).

PROGRAMMING
The programming occurs with the following command:

After performing the programming the services must be activated with the following command:

Warning: The second command modifies the activations of the services on all the local lines; the
enabling of the services already programmed on other local lines must thus be reconfirmed.
