1.14 Charge/Discharge Control Circuit

The active level for each signal is:
Charge signal: H
Light emission signal: H
Discharge signal: L
Charge completion signal: L
The charge voltage SO signal synchronized with the charge voltage CLK signal is
used for the serial transfer of the charge voltage setting to the charge PCB.
